To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please submit your return to us within 14 days of receipt. You will then have a further 14 days to send your item back to us.

You will need your order number and your email address.

 

PLEASE FOLLOW THE BELOW CONDITIONS 
All products must be returned as you received the - unworn, with all tags on and hygiene stickers attached.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on all sale items, these sales are final. You can request an exchange for the same item but a different size.
 
UK, CHANNEL ISLANDS AND ISLE OF MAN RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We charge £1.99 for all returns & exchanges. This will be deducted from your refund amount.

Select the products you wish to return or exchange and set the reason for return. 

You will be provided with two options to return your items, a QR code which will be scanned at the post office or a returns label which you can print at home.

Package your products in the original packaging and drop them off with Royal Mail.  

Once your returned item arrives with us you'll receive an email notification. Please bear in mind once your return is delivered to our warehouse, returns and exchanges including store credit, can take up to 5-7 days from delivery in busy periods. If you would like to purchase another item immediately, we advise placing a second order.

We can only provide a refund for a lost return once we have been provided with proof of postage. If you are unable to provide this, we can only offer store credit.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges for International orders. If you would like an exchange we recommend that you return the original item to us and then place a new order.

Once you log onto the returns portal (link above) please select the products you wish to return and set the reason. 

Select your preferred return method and follow the steps to print your own label or you can arrange your own return.  

Package your products in the original packaging and bring them to your chosen drop-off point. Shipping costs are calculated on the Portal and deducted from your refund. 

You can arrange your own return if you’d rather not use our Portal. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. For this option please email us directly at hello@wildloverslondon.com.

 

Please bear in mind, that we can only provide a refund for a lost return once we have been provided with proof of postage. If you are unable to provide this, we can only offer store credit. With this in mind, please keep hold of your proof of postage and wherever possible, please add a note to your parcel with your name and order number. 

 

Credit card refunds usually take between 5 - 10 business days to appear on your statement. Refunds to PayPal can take up to 30 days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations.

 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us at hello@wildloverslondon.com within our working hours, Monday-Friday, and we'll attempt to follow up on your request before shipping. We usually ship within 24 hours, but it can be sooner than this. You will receive a response from a member of our customer service team if your order has been amended or cancelled.

If your order is still at our warehouse, we'll provide a full refund including any shipping charges.
