AUSTRALIA Express Home Delivery:
£18.99 5-7 working days (UPS)
Duties & Taxes - There are no import taxes charged when shipping UK to Australia under AUD 1000. Over 1000 AUD the customer is responsible for these charges.
Other International Deliveries:
Express delivery is available, prices are calculated at checkout.
Courier - UPS (Average delivery time is 5-7 days)
Duties & import charges are not included, the customer is responsible for these fees.
UK SHIPPING:
Standard orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via tracked post with Royal Mail.
All standard orders will be shipped within 2 days after receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed after 12PM UTC on a Friday or over the weekend/, will be shipped the following Monday.
We offer an express delivery (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) for orders placed before 12PM on Monday to Friday. This is shipped with UPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
If you order products for delivery outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
EU, USA & Rest of World Shipping - We use DHL Global mail for these shipment. Please note this is a service that ships the parcels to DHL sorting office in Germany and then from there ships to the destination.
In the instance where you need to change your shipping address, please email us at hello@wildloverslondon.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will resolve the issue.
