Final sale on all discounted items. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
Not happy with your order? Place the item(s) you would like to return back in the parcel you received them in and email us to request a Return Form. Please include your order number and name in the email. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your item.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Please also note that if you are making a return from outside of the UK or EU, you will need to pay the customs and handling charges in advance, otherwise we will not be able to accept the return and the goods will be sent back to you.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
Only purchased bras are exchangeable for a different size and/or colour of the same style. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us for refund and simply purchase the new piece separately on our website.
If you are returning an item you are strongly recommended to return your item to us via a tracked postal service (we cannot accept responsibility if your item is lost in transit).
Credit card refunds usually take between 5 - 10 business days to appear on your statement. Refunds to PayPal can take up to 30 days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations.
We try to accept all returns, but in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
